Haleigh Reay-Randell brings to New West expertise in policy analysis, government relations, and client servicing. With a solid foundation in public policy development, Haleigh has contributed to shaping and implementing strategies that drive meaningful outcomes across various sectors.
Haleigh’s diverse experience includes serving as a Tribunal Assistant in the Assessment and Tax Branch at the City of Calgary, honing her skills in regulatory affairs and public sector operations.
A graduate of Mount Royal University in Calgary, Haleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies with a Minor in Indigenous Studies. In addition to her professional work, she is actively involved in her community, volunteering with Ask Her, a nonprofit advocating for women’s political representation, and contributing to the preservation of local heritage at the Calgary Stampede’s Sam Centre.
Through her academic and professional journey, she remains committed to fostering informed, inclusive policies that resonate across communities and sectors.
