Faith has an established reputation for shaping, developing, and executing impactful engagement strategies that drive meaningful results. Her career includes contributions within the Government of Ontario, where she held key roles in both public service and Ministerial offices. Most recently, Faith led the Ontario and US-Canada Government Relations practice for the Canadian Standards Association (CSA Group), where she worked to strengthen cross-border collaboration and advance strategic priorities in a range of sectors.

Throughout her career, Faith has cultivated expertise in navigating complex public policy environments, regulatory affairs, standards development, and government relations. She has successfully engaged stakeholders across a diverse array of industries, including automotive, aerospace, international trade, manufacturing, healthcare, and infrastructure. Her ability to build strong relationships and align objectives has been instrumental in delivering impactful solutions for both government and industry partners.

Faith brings a unique international perspective, having studied at the University of Havana in Cuba and Fudan University in China, which has further enhanced her global outlook and cultural fluency. She holds a BA Honours in Global Development Studies, complemented by a certificate in International Languages, as well as an MA in Cultural Studies from Queen’s University in Kingston. As a multilingual professional, Faith is fluent in Spanish and has a strong command of Mandarin and French.
